Entering The Immersion

This is a contained, four-night embodied immersion for those who sense that something within them is ready to be met more honestly.  Not dramatically, theatrically or through intensity.  Through steadiness. 

I Am Awakening — Immersion is a structured yet responsive space designed to support conscious integration across the five layers of being: 

Physical, Emotional, Mental, Intellectual & Cosmic. 

Awakening here is not an event, it is a process of remembering.

Remembering what has been avoided.
Remembering what has been known but not lived.
Remembering how to discern clearly in daily life.

This is not an escape, breakthrough weekend or a dramatic transformation container.

It is an embodied immersion.

The Structure

Each immersion follows a clear rhythm:

→ Two embodied practices daily — morning and evening
→ One reflective workshop each full day
→ Spacious integration time
→ One guided nature-based excursion within the surrounding region
→ Optional 30-minute integration conversation one month after completion

→ Access to the Casa de Alegría reading shelf for personal study

Practices may take place within the studio or within the surrounding natural landscape.

The structure remains consistent. The location within that structure may adapt to weather conditions, participant readiness, and the natural rhythm of the immersion.

Experiential Practices in Nature

At certain times, the immersion may include opportunities to explore practice in natural environments beyond the studio. 

These occasional experiential sessions allow participants to encounter movement, balance, and awareness within water and outdoor settings. 

Examples may include:

Aqua Yoga — gentle movement practice in water, exploring buoyancy, breath, and fluidity
Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga — balancing and moving with awareness on water in a natural setting
Aqua Aerobics — light water-based movement supporting mobility and joint ease

Mountain Yoga – Gentle movement or stillness in nature 

These sessions are optional and offered when conditions and group readiness support the experience.

How The Work Unfolds Across The Five Layers

This is not a schedule.
It’s the methodology behind the immersion.

Participants may encounter elements such as:

  • Embodied Awareness & Regulation

    Work at the physical layer supports grounding, nervous system stability, and the restoration of natural movement and breath.

    Practices may include:

    • Functional and reflective yoga practice
    • Breathwork and breath awareness
    • Grounding and foot awareness
    • Restorative practice and Yoga Nidra
    • Somatic relaxation and guided visualisation
    • Gentle movement meditation

    The physical layer provides the foundation for the deeper work that follows.

  • Meeting the Inner Landscape

    At the emotional layer participants explore the patterns that shape their responses to life and relationships.

    Exploration may include:

    • Inner child reflection
    • Self-love and self-compassion work
    • Observing self-sabotage patterns
    • Understanding emotional habits and conditioning
    • Learning to meet discomfort without avoidance

    The intention is not catharsis but honest observation and integration.

  • Awareness of Thought & Habit

    The mental layer explores how thinking patterns influence behaviour and perception.

    Participants may engage with themes such as:

    • Self-observation and awareness of mental patterns
    • Habit formation and behaviour change
    • Establishing healthy routines
    • Learning to respond rather than react
    • Recognising conditioned beliefs

    Clarity at the mental layer supports steadiness in daily life.

  • Inquiry & Understanding

    This layer invites reflection on philosophical and conceptual frameworks that support self-understanding.

    Discussions may explore:

    • The foundations of yoga philosophy
    • Patanjali’s eight-limbed system
    • The relationship between discipline and freedom
    • Discernment in daily life
    • The role of awareness in conscious living

    The aim is not intellectual mastery but clearer understanding.

  • Remembering Presence

    The Cosmic layer relates to the quiet awareness that underlies all experience.

    Practices may include:

    • meditation and silent reflection
    • guided presence practices
    • awareness of the space in which experience arises
    • resting in simple observation

    This layer supports the gradual remembering that awakening is not something to achieve but something already present.

The Environment

The immersion is hosted privately at Casa de Alegría, a quiet mountain setting in Spain. 

Participants stay in a private on-site self-contained apartment, arranged as: 

• A 1:1 private immersive experience
or
• Two participants sharing 

Accommodation is booked separately. 

The immersion itself is self-catered, supporting personal responsibility and integration into daily living. 

A shared welcome dinner is provided on the first evening, with a structured grocery visit included to support the beginning of your stay. 

Airport transfers from Alicante or Valencia are included for immersion participants.

Casa de Alegría is located in a quiet mountain setting approximately a 40-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

Simple nourishing arrival provisions are prepared to support the beginning of your stay. These typically include fruit, nuts, herbal teas, coffee, fruit juice, and simple homemade protein snacks. 

The environment is natural, spacious, and grounded, supportive rather than performative.

Alignment & Booking

Embodied Immersion begins with an Alignment Conversation. This conversation ensures: 

• The immersion structure is appropriate for where you are
• Expectations are clear on both sides
• The integrity of the container is respected 

If Embodied Immersion resonates, dates are confirmed and secured with a 30% deposit. 

Immersion dates are held for 48 hours following your Alignment Conversation to allow time to reserve accommodation. 

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Investment (Two-Part Structure)

  • The Immersion Experience

    The I Am Awakening — Immersion experience is held at Casa de Alegría and includes two components:

    • the guided immersion
    • accommodation at the property

    Due to Spanish tourism regulations these are reserved separately, together they form the complete immersion stay.

  • Embodied Immersion

    1:1 Private Immersion
    €2,990

    Shared Immersion (2 participants) Sessions held jointly
    €1,790 per person 

    All immersion fees are inclusive of IVA.

  • Accompanying Guest

    The Immersion fee applies to the participating individual only.

    An accompanying guest may stay under the same Airbnb booking.
    Guest participation in classes or sessions is not included and may be booked separately.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation at Casa de Alegría is reserved separately via Airbnb in accordance with Spanish tourism regulations. 

    During immersion season (September–June), a four-night stay typically ranges between approximately €320–€413 total, depending on the month. 

    Exact pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.  A standard cleaning fee (currently €35 per stay) is applied within the Airbnb booking.

  • Typical Total Investment 

    Typical total investment for a four-night immersion stay at Casa de Alegría is approximately: 

    1:1 Private Immersion
    €3,310 – €3,403 total
    (€2,990 immersion + approximately €320–€413 accommodation) 

    Shared Immersion (2 participants)
    €1,950 – €2,203 per person
    (€1,790 immersion + approximately €320–€413 accommodation)

Securing Your Immersion

A 30% deposit secures your immersion dates. 

Deposits are non-refundable and transferable in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. 

Immersion dates are held for 48 hours following your Alignment Conversation to allow time to reserve accommodation. 

Accommodation at Casa de Alegría must be reserved via Airbnb within this window to confirm your place. 

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

The Process

  4. Reserve your accommodation at Casa de Alegría via Airbnb.

  5. Receive confirmation and preparation guidance.

A Final Note

There is no pressure here and nothing to prove.  You do not need to achieve or perform, only gain clarity and commitment within a responsive container. 

This is a structured space in which what is already present within you can be seen more clearly, remembered, awakened, and lived more steadily.
